2.EN 10028 is the Euro Norm specification governing the delivery condition of steel used in the fabrication of steel pressure vessels and boilers. EN 10028 Part 2 & 3 is the euro norm specification for flat steel products intended for pressurized service use. The specification covers non–alloy and alloy steels as well as weldable fine grain steels.
3.EN 10028 sets standards for steel used in weldable industrial boilers and pressure vessels. The specification has the same status as the old DIN and BS Standards, which EN 10028 has superseded.
